They registered me, took my order, and had it delivered within the hour. The driver was really nice and they threw a freebie preroll into my bag, which I appreciated. The product I ordered was a concentrate and so far it has been excellent. I will be ordering again.
EBI has been my go-to for about a year, and I’m honestly convinced that no one else offers better service, prices and products. (Including all the new shops!) Even the most affordable tree is amazing and that’s what puts it over the top for me!
My experience with EB has been truly great since I started order with them almost a year ago. What I like about them is they are professional, they know their product and they are RELIABLE. They always answer my questions or concerns promptly. Alex is usually my driver. He’s always here when he says he’ll be and if he’s running late, he’ll let you know and why. Very good communication, he doesn’t leave you wondering or hanging AT ALL! EB takes care of their customers. They are the vendor for me, hands down.
